The ongoing sale will be on the main floor of the library across from the checkout desk.

The Perkiomen Valley Library will remain OPEN during the reconstruction of the library’s entrance ramp.  The BLUE return box will remain open 24/7 including during library hours.  Please use the library’s Auditorium entrance on Church St and follow the signs to the stairs.  Call 610-287-8360 for assistance.


Facebook Photo Contest Celebrating Author Jordan Sonnenblick!
Monday, June 1 - Last chance to submit a photo.  Voting will occur on Facebook May 15 - June 16.  Submit a "family friendly" photograph inspired by one of Jordan Sonnenblick's book to ajohnson@mclinc.org (put photo contest in the subject line). Include your name, (first & last), fall 2015 grade and your phone number. See details on flyer.  VOTE NOW!!! "Like" your favorite photo on the library's facebook page. Each prize winner will receive a copy of a book by Jordan Sonnenblick. Bring your book to be autographed by the author on Tuesday June 23rd. Voting goes to June 16th!


Community Yoga!

Forever Young Adult Book Club!
Monday, June 1 at 7:00 pm.
For adults and teen who like to read young adult books.  The title to discuss in June is Drums, GIrls and Dangerous Pie by Jordan Sonnenblick.  Copies of the book will be available at the library.


Preschool Storytime with Miss Madeline 
Thursdays, June 4 to August 13 at 10:30 am  
Ages 2-5 with adult.  Enjoy stories, songs and finger plays introducing early literacy skills with Madeline Conte . Registration requested. Call 610-287-8360.
 


Knitters!
Thursday, June 4 at 6:30 pm.
Join a new knitting group.  Beginners are welcome.  This will be an ongoing group meeting on the first Thursday of each month.  Share your projects, learn a new stitch, make new friends. Registration requested.


Tail Waggin' Tales!
Thursday, June 11, 6-8 pm.
Drop-in and read to certified pet therapy dogs.  Practice your read-aloud skills.  All ages and reading abilities are welcome.  To be held upstairs in the library.  No advanced registration is required.

Join  a lively book discussion at the library meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.   The title to be discuss in June is The Unremarried Widow by Artis Henderson.  Copies of the book to be read are available at the library.  Registration requested.  Call 610-287-8360.
